Mirror & Damage Policy

Mirror Breakage:
If the mirror arrives broken, the mirror cost of approximately Rs. 3,000 will be refunded. Customers must provide clear photos and/or video evidence within 24 hours of delivery.

Frame Damage:
If the frame arrives broken or damaged, customers may request a replacement or return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Custom Orders:
Customized products involving special colors, fabrics, or sizes are non-refundable unless damaged during delivery.

General Conditions:

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

• Minor variations in fabric color or texture are not considered defects.
