Verified suppliers only
Every supplier on Grainhouse goes through a manual review before their storefront or products go live. We check their business details and showroom/warehouse address, and only approved suppliers are allowed to list. Look for the verified badge (a checkmark next to a supplier's name) — it means our team has confirmed they are a real, operating business.
You deal directly with the supplier
Grainhouse does not sit between you and the supplier as a reseller. When you reveal a supplier's WhatsApp or phone number, or send an inquiry, you are talking to the business itself — pricing, MOQ, samples, delivery and payment terms are agreed directly between you and them. This keeps communication fast and transparent, with no middleman markup.
Report a problem
If a supplier misrepresents their products, is unresponsive, or you run into any issue during a deal, contact our support team via the WhatsApp link in the chat widget or from any supplier's page. We investigate every report and can suspend suppliers who don't meet our standards.
